Peter Uy – Founder / CEO

 

Peter Uy established Level Up Management following a successful career with both Pilatus Developments Ltd and ICI Properties Ltd, a leading real estate development company that has spearheaded over 100 commercial, mixed-use, and industrial projects throughout Western Canada.

​

Peter has over two decades of real estate development and project management experience and successfully held Director of Leasing, Project Manager and Vice-President of Development roles before establishing Level Up Management. With extensive business and management experience, Peter is well-positioned to lead Level Up Management to the forefront of commercial, residential, and industrial real estate development in British Columbia, Canada.

 

Throughout his career, Peter’s drive to succeed and passion for real estate has brought about exceptional, solid relationships with national tenants such as Starbucks, Canadian Tire, Dollarama. Lordco, Total Pet, Mark’s Work Wearhouse, Tim Horton’s, Subway, Taco del Mar, McDonald’s, and Gold’s Gym BC among others. Peter has, and continues to, work diligently to earn the respect of many cities and municipal officials, professional consultants, and contractors.

Chris Boultbee - Construction Manager

 

Mr. Christopher Boultbee has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry within BC. He first started working at the early age of 13, hauling pulp from mill for a trucking company, to now managing the overall construction, renovations, and maintenance of all existing and new Gold’s Gym BC facilities. He has worked several jobs across various industries over the years, from being a skimmer in foundry pouring metal, even working his way from a tree planter to supervisor. Mr. Boultbee was also in the military for 2 years, which contributed to his superior work ethic and diligence. He worked independently for 7 years focusing on his business in commercial and residential construction.

Kaitlyn Uy - Marketing & Project Management

 

Kaitlyn Uy is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Ryerson University, that specialized in Retail Management and Professional Communications. Throughout her career, Kaitlyn has had numerous experiences in various corporate companies. From contributing to early-stage start-ups like Inkbox Tattoos as a Creative Coordinator managing all their new product releases to helping lead the execution of the annual marketing strategy plan for The Shoe Company as an Assistant Marketing Manager. She was also one of the first Business Development Representatives on the Retail team at Shopify, helping small businesses around the world navigate to become omnichannel focused first during the global pandemic.

 

Most recently, Kaitlyn was part of the Gold’s Gym BC team as the Marketing and Retail Manager. Focused on creating a unified brand and customer experience both online and in the facilities. Leveraging her education and experience in the retail industry, she successfully launched Gold’s Gym BC’s first retail merchandise program in March 2021, creating a new revenue stream for the company. 

 

Kaitlyn is excited to be part of the Level Up Management team. She assists with seeking out new development opportunities while managing the day-to-day ongoing project needs. Kaitlyn is passionate about building relationships surrounding the Level Up Management team so we can contribute to the growth of the real estate industry across British Columbia.

 

Justin Baker - Creative Director

Justin Baker is an international branding and creative designer with a great wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise in the real estate industry. He is a versatile and multi-talented art director, graphic and architectural designer with over 23 years of experience across a broad spectrum of businesses. He is, to say the least, a creative veteran of the real estate development business. 

 

Since 2003, Justin has done a great deal of work in the luxury real estate sector, working with clients including Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki Beach Walk, The Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach, Koloa Landing, Resort Ventures West, Aquila Developments, Shea Homes, Trilogy, Oberoi, Bosa and many more. 

 

Justin’s skills include conceptual thinking, creative direction, collaboration, fast and accurate execution, art direction, logo/architectural/print advertising design, and the ability to work with and organize writers, designers and illustrators. He has extensive experience with mechanical production and online marketing, illustration and photography. Justin is proficient in creating both traditional marker renderings and computer-generated images.

Joseph Park - Architect

​

Joseph Park is the founder and owner of JP Architect Inc. He has been the Principal architect for the firm since 2010 and continues to be part of numerous projects across British Columbia. Joseph is a member of the Architectural Institute of BC and has a Master of Architecture degree from McGill University.

 

With experience in commercial, retail, and residential developments, JP Architect Inc. has a diverse portfolio and provides a wealth of experience for their clients. The attention to detail and professional communication makes JP Architect Inc. always a pleasure to work with.

 

JP Architect Inc. has 7 years of working relationship with Peter Uy and Level Up Management. Over the years, they have successfully completed projects including Port Coquitlam, West Broadway & development planning for Maple Ridge Golds Gym & a mixed-use apartment in Merritt.
